Guys listen out to me, keep a painkiller handy for the cramps whenever you take the abortion pill. The heating pad can add to relief if the cramps are bothersome, but the painkiller actually helps to reduce the pain. And do not worry, I know the bleeding is heavy but you all will be able to cope as I did. All you have to think about is managing the pain. Take care.
