I already Have 2 kids and for the 3rd time when I came to know about pregnancy, I decided to terminate a pregnancy with Mifeprex abortion pill. Firstly, I thought it would be painful as labor pain but it was normal like menstrual pain. It bled for 5 hours with heavy clots. I hit with symptoms after 3-4 days and were normal as described. Symptoms are not common and can vary from person to person.
