Oh, the buccal intake of pills is just awful, the taste is yucky but it is medicine and I cannot expect any better. The cramping was often but I had made up my mind to take the pain and I had arranged the supplies earlier right from pain medication to a hot water bag. These helped me pass the time when cramps were extreme. I lived on a simple and small meal and changed my clothes and washed them so that there was no risk of infection. While passing the clots I felt like giving it a push but did not have to put any effort. I think the medicine did necessary and I had a complete abortion in no time.
